Yesterday I was on the phone with a Wall Street Journal customer service rep complaining, yet again, about not receiving the Saturday paper as part of my weekend-only subscription. They promised one would be delivered before of end of the day,
which is wasn't.
This morning, this was on my doorstep.
I wonder if someone is on the phone to a customer service rep for the Press Democrat
complaining about not having received their paper.
